These terms and conditions will be updated from time to time as whebook develops and new features are added. The general philosopy is to provide quality content in good faith.

Website users

Whenbook event listings are provided in good faith. However they may be wrong, misleading or out of date. You are responsible for validating the integrity of, and your use of the content you engage with.

Whenbook does not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, excludes all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.

Account holders

You agree that you are responsible for the content your event pages provide.

You agree to only provide content, or point to content, that is legally allowed to be published without restrictions, in or from the UK. You agree to indemnify whenbook against all costs othewise incurred.

You agree to use language free from profanity. As far as possible, you agree to validate the integrity of the content and links that you provide.

Whenbook aims to provide outstanding value. Whenbook software is provided in good faith. However it may not always behave as expected, especially as new features or updates are applied, or on some less well known browsers or systems. Whenbook will try its best to work with you resolve any issues. If whenbook cannot reasonably provide the service you signed up to then the limit of its liability is to close your account and refund the balance of your subscription.
